In accordance with the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority No.35/POJK.04/ 2014 on Corporate Secretary of Public Company and Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulations No. I-E on the Obligation Submission of Information, we hereby inform you that based on the decision of the Board of Directors 001/Kep.Dir-PF/08.18 dated August 10, 2018, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Marwan Noor to serve as Corporate Secretary of the Company replacing Ms. Merny Hollis, effective on August 10, 2018.
